This is not a generic program. It’s built around your body, your specific concern, and what your life actually demands of you.
Most movement programs address the structure: the tight muscle, the weak hip, the painful joint. This one addresses the system. Because you can’t build durable movement capacity on a dysregulated nervous system. The two have to happen together.
Over 8-10 weeks, we work through three progressive phases: building awareness, developing stability, creating durability. Not on a fixed schedule, but at the pace your body shows us is right. Between sessions, you’re not on your own—you have individualized home practices built specifically for your body and concern, a simple check-in framework to track what’s shifting, and my eye on your progress throughout.
The goal isn’t just to feel better. It’s to build a body that’s harder to overwhelm. One that can take on load and recover, can hear its own signals and respond to them, so that what you build here actually stays.

Active monitoring and response to your check-ins (and proactive outreach if you go quiet)

Program Philosophy
Real change in the body takes time. Tissue adapts and the nervous system builds new patterns. That process can’t be rushed, but it can be supported precisely.
The nervous system work in this program isn’t the destination. It’s the sensing instrument—the thing that tells us what’s working, what’s too much and what needs more time. Better interoception makes the movement work more precise. More physical capacity gives the nervous system more to work with. These two components amplify each other.
Sessions are spaced intentionally to give your body room to integrate. Between sessions, your home practice deepens the work. Your check-ins and feedback tell us whether to progress or stay. Nothing here is arbitrary. Everything is in the service of building something that lasts.
