Hi! I’m Courtney.

I help people feel stronger, move better and get out of the patterns that keep their body tight, sore or limited using practices that work in real life. 

Like many people, I spent years believing that more = better, and that I was failing because I couldn’t live up to my own expectations no matter how hard I pushed. 

My body disagreed. Loudly.

During a period of autoimmune flare, exhaustion and feeling disconnected with myself, I realized that constantly pushing harder wasn’t helping me feel better.

What helped instead was learning how to work with my body (and mind) more skillfully through smaller, more supportive practices that fit into real life. 

Most people don’t need more information or more pressure. They need support, structure and practices that work with their body and nervous system, not against them. 

That philosophy guides me today.

Credentials

I’m a CYT-500 and Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist with advanced training in movement, mobility, nervous system regulation, myofascial release and neuroscience-informed behavior change.

I also hold a Master of Public Health degree, which informs my evidence-based approach to helping people create meaningful, sustainable change in real life.
