BodyWise is a 12-week program that combines strength, mobility and nervous system work to help your body actually change.

This isn’t about doing more.

  • A 75-minute 1:1 intake session

  • Five 50-minute 1:1 sessions

  • Short, guided practices (5-20 minutes) to use most days

  • A personalized strength and mobility plan

  • Recordings of your sessions

  • Simple tracking to help you see progress

  • Ongoing support throughout the 12 weeks
